My father had a terminal illness. Mr. Byers met with my father and quickly identified his estate planning needs and the need for durable and healthcare powers of attorney. He maintained appropriate confidentiality with my father while keeping me up to date that progress was being made getting these documents executed. Sadly my father passed not too long after the work was done. Thankfully the estate will not need to go through probate given Mr. Byers' assistance. Andrew is a calm and level headed Attorney.
